Bob Dimke
President |

After starting full time with Lexington in
1982 Bob began learning and running all the manufacturing
equipment. He spent ten years as the Lexington Controller,
dealing with the company’s finances, insurance and human
resources. Then followed estimating and technical sales. As
President, Bob is still involved in sales and describes his job
as “doing
what’s needed to develop and
drive the
vision and mission of Lexington for our customers.”

John Dimke
V.P. Operations

From its entrepreneurial origins as a true job shop to the present, John has fulfilled a number of roles strategic to the production, engineering, sales and operations areas of Lexington’s business.
John has also championed many of the technological and new business developments at Lexington. |

With background in Industrial Engineering along with 28
years of manufacturing experience Steve has been instrumental in
the development systems, people, and culture that gives
Lexington the ability to provide the quality, delivery, and

Steve joined
Lexington Manufacturing as Financial Controller in 2002 with
over 20 years experience in accounting and finance in a
manufacturing environment
Steve oversees the Finance
department developing financial reporting, budgeting and
forecasting models to aid in planning strategic direction of
both Coon Rapids and Brainerd facilities.
Steve also oversees the
professionals in and direction of the IT and Human Resources
departments.

Andre Fortin

Andre joined Lexington in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience developing innovative door solutions. Andre has been involved with fire testing laboratories in USA, UK and Canada, Denmark, South Korea, China and Japan Throughout the last three decades Andre has established a marketplace in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Currently Andre is creating and promoting Lexington products for the international market.

Jim Gardiepy
Plant Manager

Jim graduated from Bemidji State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with
an emphasis in manufacturing engineering. He has worked as a
manufacturing engineer for 9 years in the electronics, heavy
industry and 2 years as a supplier quality development engineer
before joining the Lexington team as the Engineering and Quality
manager. Since then he has taken on the role of Plant Manager
for the two Brainerd facilities.

David Claypool Sales Account Manager

Dave’s
background in sales and purchasing include 13 years of primary
lumber and veneer manufacturing and 8 years in component
manufacturing. Dave joined Lexington in 2005 as the product
manager for door components focused on supply chain development
and customer service. In 2008 Dave changed his focus to sales;
Building customer relationships and identifying new customers
for Lexington to satisfy.

Bob Sunsdahl
IT Manager

“We use computer technology to provide our
employees with the tools required to manufacture product in the
most efficient manner. Our teams are constantly looking for ways
to improve the flow of communication to the shop floor.”
In 1989, Bob joined Lexington with a
background in Computer Aided Design. For the past 13 years, Bob
has taken on the role of IT Manager overseeing all of
Lexington’s computer hardware, software, and networking needs.
As IT Manager, Bob is involved in the hardware, software
installation, maintenance and day to day database development
that is used throughout Lexington’s four plants.

Anita Wallin
Office Assistant

"I enjoy the diverse functions of
my job here at Lexington and being able to work with all
associates. I look forward to improving process and learning new
things."
Anita comes to Lexington with 30 years experience in the
banking industry. She started at Lexington in April of 2004 and
has taken on several responsibilities during that time some of
which include human resources.

Kathy Gustafson
Customer Service/Safety Coordinator

Kathy
joined Lexington in 2007 focusing on employee safety programs,
and maintaining the companies documentation. Kathy has several
years of experience working with Safety, Quality, and
Environmental Management Systems. Her attention to detail and
organizational skills is of high standards. In 2008 Kathy was
assigned the responsibility of being the Management
Representative for the FSC Chain-of-Custody program, and brought
the company to certification in December, 2008.

John Ness-Thill
Maintenance Supervisor

John is the Maintenance Supervisor and has
15 years experience in this position.
He has been an Industrial Electrician for over 24 years.
He came to
Lexington
in 2001, set up a Computerized Maintenance Management System and
inadvertently ended up overseeing all of the parts and general
plant wide purchasing. |

Dorothy Woodington
Quality Engineer

loyalty to customers and to employees makes it a "World

Dorothy's background in Quality
includes several years as a Quality Engineer in Government
electronic and in medical manufacturing. Dorothy joined
Lexington in 2003 as a Quality Engineer focused on implementing
Statistical Quality Control at Coon Rapids. Dorothy's current
quality focus is as an Quality Engineer for wrap and machining
at the C1 Facility in Coon Rapids.

Karen Johnson
Receptionist

"I think it’s important to
develop a relationship with the people you talk to everyday; to
know what they do, and genuinely take an interest in who they
are. I hope I have been able to convey this attitude to those
who call on Lexington Manufacturing."
After almost twenty years in the food service industry, Karen
started with Lexington in 1993 as the receptionist, and
continues in that capacity today. She serves as support to the
staff, as well as having a variety of other duties.

Jerry Mix

With a heavy emphasis on 5S and Lean Jerry uses his shop
floor knowledge and a hands on approach to continuously improve
our manufacturing capabilities.

Ryan Brotzel

Ryan joined the

team in 1998. His
background in CNC machining and programming has led to many

Larry Evans
Engineer

outside of the box Lexington strives to come up with productive
idea’s to give the customers what they need when they need it.”
Since I started out of high school in 1980
on the VICA work program. I have seen the company grow from a
garage shop to a high-end component manufacturer. After many
years working on the floor running and setting up 5 CNC routers,
and proto type jobs. I moved into the Engineering office in 1998
in the position of Process Engineer. I now deal with improving
processes on the floor & deal with all new products coming in
the door. Working side by side with the customer to develop a
quality product that is manufacturing friendly & gives the
customer what they require.

Charles Messerschmidt
Quality Assurance
Technician

Charlie joined
Lexington
in 2001 after serving 20 years in the navy.
He has 15 years experience in supervising a calibration
lab and was a quality inspector throughout that time.
Also, 12 years in sales experience at which he ran his own
business. Hired by
Lexington
as a machine operator and promoted
to the position of quality technician in 2008.
