Lexington
Manufacturing requires drug screening on all positions
BUYER
Bachelors degree (4 years college) and/or equivalent
combination of education and experience. APICS (American Production and
Inventory Control Society) and/or ISM certification is desired. Experience
working with ERP/MRP purchasing software. Two to five years purchasing
experience in a manufacturing environment. Forest products or wood related
industry experience is preferred.
CNC / CAM
·
CNC
programming – training and demonstrated proficiency in using CAM programming
software. Master CAM , Alpha CAM or similar
·
Lead team to
complete New Product initial production runs
·
Understand
process variability and implement process, equipment and tooling changes to
correct without direction
·
Understand
production schedules and amend work timing to allow maximum productivity
·
2 year
higher education preferred.
CNC programming, Cabinet Making, mechanical or electrical technician)
·
2-4 years
experience with CNC routers, Moulders, DET, programmable saws a plus
·
Understanding of SPC software application a plus
·
Familiarity
with FAIR or PPAP a plus
