Lexington’s robotic paint system ensures accurate, consistent coverage with minimal waste. In just 18 minutes, components from one to 16 feet are painted, dried, and ready for shipping. Using both “Follow-Me” and CNC modes, our system delivers precise application for any complexity, outperforming traditional methods like electrostatic painting.
With robotic painting, we purposefully assist our customers by bringing the entire process of finishing components under one roof. We buy the material, profile wrap the component, paint and dry the unwrapped part, and then ship it—ready to be installed into the window.

Consistent Quality for High-Volume Production
Every part we ship is identical in quality and identical in production cost.
The robotic painter can be utilized in two different modes: “Follow-me” mode or CNC mode. In Follow-me mode, the robotic arm sprays over the entire part, which is effective for components with less complexity.
In CNC mode, the operator writes a CAD program that instructs the robot’s reciprocator arm to spray at various angles and for specific amounts of time, to apply an exact amount of paint. This reduces wasted paint and overspray on intricate components, while providing consistent coverage, every time. We can even change profiles when programmed and loaded ahead of time.
Other paint systems, such as electrostatic, are less precise and harder to control. Companies can struggle with profiles that have a large number of peaks and valleys, highs and lows. An electrostatic painting system isn’t designed to reach these grooves, where Lexington’s CNC robotic painting system is.
