Lexington’s highly automated moulding line utilizes six-head moulding machines capable of creating a wide range of component parts from basic shapes and sizes to complex profiles.
Serving both residential and commercial markets, we specialize in making door and window frames, angled-wood floor boards, crown mouldings, cabinet doors and paneling — to name a few.
With machinery that can mould up to 250 feet per minute, our automated moulder can create custom shapes and sizes to fit any customer specifications. By incorporating statistical process control into our wood moulding systems, we also ensure every component part we mould will meet any tolerance and appearance requirement.
